By purchasing a ticket, submitting a group booking enquiry, or attending a Sip n Snip event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase or attendance.
Sip n Snip hosts floral experience events open to individuals aged 18 years and older. By purchasing a ticket you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Ticket purchases are processed through Quicket. By purchasing a ticket you also agree to Quicket's terms and conditions.
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your purchase.
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person under the following conditions:
Group booking enquiries submitted via our website are enquiries only and do not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once written confirmation has been issued by Sip n Snip and any required deposit or payment has been received.
A minimum group size of 5 guests is required for private bookings. Specific terms and pricing will be outlined in a separate agreement at the time of confirmation.
The specific inclusions, activities, food, and entertainment at each Sip n Snip event may vary and are communicated on the relevant event listing. Sip n Snip reserves the right to substitute any element of the event programme where necessary without notice, provided the overall experience remains of equivalent value.
Sip n Snip events are strictly for guests aged 18 years and older. Valid identification may be requested at the door. We promote responsible alcohol consumption and reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
By attending a Sip n Snip event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed. Sip n Snip may use this material for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a member of our team at the event.
Sip n Snip is committed to a safe and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any guest who:
No refund will be issued where a guest is removed or refused entry due to their conduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sip n Snip shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense suffered by a guest in connection with attendance at our events, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Guests attend at their own risk. Sip n Snip is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Our POPIA compliance notice is available at sipnsnip.co.za/popia.
Sip n Snip reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available at sipnsnip.co.za/terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
