- Ticket purchase information — name, email, and payment details processed by Quicket on our behalf
- Review and feedback submissions — written feedback and ratings submitted via Tally forms
- Newsletter subscription — email address submitted via our website footer form
- Event attendance records — maintained in our internal ticketing and CRM system
3. Why We Collect Your Information
- To process and manage ticket purchases and event attendance
- To respond to group booking enquiries and coordinate private events
- To send you event updates, early access notifications, and newsletters (only if you have subscribed)
- To improve future events based on feedback and reviews

4. How We Store Your Information
- Supabase — our internal ticketing and CRM database, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Data may be stored on servers outside South Africa.
- Brevo — our email marketing platform, used to manage newsletter subscribers. Brevo is a European-based processor and complies with GDPR.
- Web3Forms — used to receive and forward group booking enquiry submissions to our email.
- Quicket — our ticketing partner, which independently processes ticket purchases and payments.
- Tally — used to collect event feedback and reviews.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal information indefinitely unless you request deletion. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing legal@sipnsnip.co.za.
6. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We share your information only with the service providers listed in Section 4, and only to the extent necessary to deliver our services.
7. Photography and Marketing Consent
By attending a Sip n Snip event, you acknowledge that photographs and video footage may be taken and used by Sip n Snip for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a member of our team at the event.
8. Your Rights Under POPIA
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Object to the processing of your personal information
